Redress Scotland Applications
Support for survivors applying to Scotland's redress scheme for historical abuse of children in care. We help you prepare your application carefully and with dignity.
About the scheme
Redress Scotland administers Scotland's redress scheme for people who were abused as children while in relevant care settings in Scotland. The scheme can provide a financial redress payment together with acknowledgement of the harm that was done.
Applying can feel overwhelming, particularly when it means revisiting difficult memories. We are here to take the weight of the process off you and to make sure your application is presented properly.
