How It Works
From your first message to the resolution of your claim, here is what to expect when you work with INS Law.
Get in touch
Contact us using the confidential enquiry form or by email. Tell us as much or as little as you feel comfortable sharing. There is no cost and no obligation to go any further.
We review your enquiry
A member of our team reviews what you have told us and considers whether we may be able to help. We may contact you to ask a few further questions so we understand your situation properly.
We explain your options
If we can act for you, we will explain the process, the likely timescales and how your claim would be funded — clearly and in writing — before you decide whether to proceed. If we are not able to help, we will tell you honestly and, where we can, point you in the right direction.
We take on your claim
If you decide to instruct us, we confirm this in writing and begin work on your behalf. We deal with the other side so you do not have to, and keep you updated in the way that suits you best.
Resolution
We work towards the best resolution we can achieve for you. Every case is different and outcomes cannot be guaranteed, but we will always be clear with you about progress and about what to expect next.
A note on confidentiality
Contacting us and submitting an enquiry does not create a solicitor-client relationship. That relationship only begins once we have carried out our checks and confirmed in writing that we are able to act for you. Until then, everything you share is still treated in the strictest confidence.
